HyperStream provides Done-For-You (DFY) Shopify ecommerce solutions, which may include store setup, branding, marketing, and ongoing support. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that business results may vary and are not guaranteed.


2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment must be received in full before any service work begins.
  • Because our services are digital and custom in nature, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if explicitly offered as part of a written agreement or promotional offer.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are required to provide accurate, timely information necessary for the development of their Shopify store.
  • Clients are solely responsible for all legal and compliance matters, including taxes, licensing, and product regulations related to their business and online store.

4. Limitation of Liability
HyperStream is not liable for any business losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from the operation of your store, third-party services, ad platform policies, or ecommerce platform changes.


5. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding assets, and marketing materials developed by HyperStream remain our intellectual property until payment has been received in full. Upon full payment, the client gains full ownership and usage rights.


6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Any such changes will be communicated when relevant.
